My Paleo Diet Meal Plan

Hey Paleo friends…I’ve decided to begin posting my Paleo diet meal plan on the site on Sundays.

By posting my paleo diet meal plan here on my site, my family can also check out what’s for supper… Now they’ll always know “what’s for supper?”.

I’ve also decided to start posting more paleo recipes and might even begin doing a video or two…depending on time. SO let’s get to this week’s Paleo diet meal plan because I gotta go do groceries…

Here’s this weeks Paleo Diet Meal Plan

Monday

Breakfast – Frittata with Salmon, onions, mushrooms and peppers

Lunch – Club salad (Iceberg lettuce, red onions, fresh mushrooms, tomatoes, turkey, roast beef & ham)

Supper – BBQ Pork Ribs with a house salad and homemade coleslaw.

Tuesday

Breakfast – Smoothie with banana, strawberries, Cantaloupe, honeydew melon, pineapple and a splash of orange juice.

lunch – House salad topped with a salmon fish cake (Iceberg lettuce, red onions, fresh mushrooms, tomatoes)

Supper – Caesar Salad topped with a roasted chicken breast

Wednesday

breakfast – Bacon & Eggs with 3 strawberries & 1 slice of Cantaloupe

lunch – Club salad (Iceberg lettuce, red onions, fresh mushrooms, tomatoes, turkey, roast beef & ham)

Supper – Paleo Meatloaf with side coleslaw

Thursday

breakfast –  Smoothie with banana, strawberries, Cantaloupe, honeydew melon, pineapple and a splash of orange juice.

Lunch – Bunless hamburger  topped with lettuce tomato onions and mushrooms

Supper – Breaded Haddock with side veggies (broccoli, cauliflower and carrots)

Friday

Breakfast – Smoothie with banana, strawberries, Cantaloupe, honeydew melon, pineapple and a splash of orange juice.

Lunch – Shrimp salad (Iceberg & Romain lettuce, red onions, fresh mushrooms, tomatoes and of course the shrimp)

Supper – Slow cooker (beef & pork) with side veggies broccoli, cauliflower & carrots

Saturday

Breakfast – Smoothie with banana, strawberries, Cantaloupe, honeydew melon, pineapple and a splash of orange juice.

Lunch –  Frittata with ham, onions, mushrooms and peppers

Supper – Spicy Shrimp stir-fry

Sunday

Breakfast – Bacon & Eggs with 3 strawberries & 1 slice of Cantaloupe

Lunch –  Fridge clean-out soup

Supper – Pork chops sauteed with onions, fresh mushrooms and apples

 

You’ll notice that I’ve included a lot of salads this week…reason being is my wife has requested I give the side veggies a break this week. Happy wife = happy life right…Also I do the meal plan based on weekly specials at my local grocery store and this week the lettuce is on sale…and really salads are so versatile. Make the salad and top it with whatever protein you’d like…couldn’t be easier…
